Bio
María is passionate about international relations and global cooperation. She holds a bachelor's degree in international relations and a master's degree in international politics, which enhances her expertise in this field.
During her Erasmus experience in the United Kingdom, a course on human rights sparked her interest in international cooperation and development. Since then, she has worked for global institutions such as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and various international NGOs, where she gained experience in trade and development policies.
Her experience provides her with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities businesses face when trying to navigate the sometimes complex balance between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and more business-oriented objectives. In a global business environment where consumers increasingly value ethics and sustainability, María helps companies navigate this complexity and create strategies that meet international standards while having a positive long-term impact.
María draws energy from contributing to initiatives that aim to create fairer and more interconnected societies within the current context of an increasingly ethically aware market.
