Jeff is the former Director of Operations of the Naval Forces Command and Commander of the Marine Corps. Jeff led units of various compositions and sizes worldwide, often under risky conditions, to execute sometimes very complex missions. In doing so, he frequently collaborated with international partners. For this, Jeff received both a high American and a French award.
