Aidan is an advisor and trainer in the field of complex negotiations. He dedicated the first eight years of his career to the music industry, where he developed his passion for composing, recording, and producing his own music in the Netherlands and internationally. His involvement in various collaborative projects with artists from around the world and his ongoing participation in contract negotiations have inspired him to deepen his knowledge of the negotiation craft.
At &FLUENCE, Aidan puts this into practice through training, consulting, and support in areas such as complex negotiations and strategic positioning. His expertise includes supporting individuals and organizations in the preparation, execution, and aftercare surrounding complex negotiations, strategic positioning at and around the negotiation table, and training individuals in the unique &FLUENCE methodology.
